Arrangement was delivered the day before specified. I understand that Valentine's Day is very busy, I used to work for a busy shop in Boston myself but a little heads up letting me know it was going to be delivered early would have been useful. Otherwise very pleased with the beautiful flowers and will most likely use Kokee again. -Chuck Armsden
