Ordered a bouquet for our 44th wedding anniversary around 12:30 PM; Andover got hit with a microburst at 3:00 PM, lost power as Climate Change destroyed trees and damaged many homes ; frankly I didn't think we would receive it until Sunday at the earliest, but sure enough the doorbell rang at 8:00 PM, and Jasmine, who created this gorgeous piece was at the front door in the dark, making the delivery. This speaks volumes for Kokee's commitment to quality customer service under any circumstances. As good as it gets...Highly recommended... A+ A+ A+..thx again, John
